BBQ Sauce - Mango Chutney + Korean BBQ Sauce

Pork Back Ribs, 4-5 lbs, cut into 2 or 3 rib sections.
Wrap in aluminum foil also containing a 2:1 mix of Korean BBQ sauce & Trader Joe's Mango Ginger Chutney, coarsely blended.
Place the foil package(s) in the oven at 275F or a slow cooker on low. Cook for 3 hours. Open the package(s) and drain the juices into a Pyrex container. Allow the ribs to cool and then place the Pryer container into the freezer for 15 minutes. Defat the juices and simmer on the stove top until thickened, say 20 minutes or so. On a clean piece of foil, brush or spoon the thickened sauce onto the concave side of the ribs and broil for 6-8 minutes about 6" below from the elements. Turn and sauce the convex side. Broil until the sauce bubble and singes.
