My dear friends Andres and Nancy discovered these cookies at Wanda's Pie in the Sky, a bakery in Toronto. Wanda has generously granted us permission to share her recipe. These little morsels are loaded with chocolate and finely ground almonds, giving them the texture and flavor of chocolate marzipan. Gluten-free!
